We recognize a full service wedding planner is not for every wedding or every budget but that doesn’t mean every couple doesn’t need help bringing their wedding to life. Or maybe you have an ultra-organized auntie or friend that has offered to serve as a “day of coordinator” but they need a playbook for wedding day. Virtual wedding planning gives our clients access to our team of planners at a more affordable rate. We will virtually guide you through the planning process and give you all of the tools you need to make your wedding day a smashing success!

WedDing Planning Playbook

This is perfect for couples looking to run the show on their wedding day but need help pulling together all of those last minute details. Our newest and most budget-friendly package helps set couples up for success on their wedding day by working with them to create a perfectly flowing timeline, communicating with their vendor team to coordinate logistics of the day and ensuring everyone is ready to pull together for a perfect wedding. This package includes one zoom meeting 6-8 weeks out from the wedding, timeline creation, vendor coordination and a t0-do list for whoever is overseeing the wedding day.
